Talking BOOKS and NATURE

Daughter Meg works for the WILDERNESS SOCIETY and she has organised two great panel discussions in BRISBANE and MELBOURNE as part of NATURE BOOK WEEK. If you’re interested in Nature and Books and Stories you should try to get along.

The BRISBANE event will be held at WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE in WEST END at 6pm on SEPTEMBER 7th (Threatened Species Day).

Panelists include Caroline Magerl, Samantha Wheeler, Sarah Pye and Fiona McMillan-Webster, with Wilderness Society’s Christine Zangari moderating the discussion.

The panel talk is FREE with drinks and nibbles provided, but limited spots are available—so book your place today at: https://wherethewildthingsare.com.au/events/wildernees-society-nature-book-week-celebration?fbclid=IwAR2lptvBSWn9EpIbs_E3xR70q0dvsHikqTBCO2Vs2RurzRBN45IBOJvZCtk

The MELBOURNE event will be held at READINGS BOOKSTORE HAWTHORN also at 6pm on SEPTEMBER 7th.

(I’ll be attending this one but don’t let that put you off!)

If you’re in Melbourne on Threatened Species Day, why not join this group of celebrated authors to hear how storytelling can inspire real change for nature.

Panelists include Claire Saxby, Alison Binks, Andrew Kelly and Danielle Clode, with Professor Jen Martin moderating the discussion.

Once again the panel talk is FREE with drinks and nibbles provided, but limited spots are available, so book your place today at: https://www.readings.com.au/event/wilderness-society-book-week?fbclid=IwAR3BGM2-wOEcTHILMqZtQ_eOESTfMASL3vIMF2JN2Mth1k7bWuvrmwpYZh0
